subscription problems?
Getting an error message when trying to subscribe?
It's been brought to our attention that from time to time, people using Googles Chrome web browser get a weird message when they try to complete our subscription form (something like... "The following required values are missing: Verification Code does not match") If this happens please try using another browser eg Firefox or Internet Explorer and you should be sweet.
Still having problems?
If that doesn't work, just send an email to subscriptions@espiremedia.com along with the names of the e-mags you want to subscribe to and we'll sort it out for you!
Haven't received our confirmation email?
A confirmation email is sent to the email address you provide when you complete the subscription form within 5 minutes of you pressing the "Submit" button. You need to click on the link in that email to confirm you wanted to subscribe (this prevents other people from signing you up to things you don't want!) If you have not received an email from us within 5 minutes of hitting the "submit" button, please check your "Junk Mail" folder and ensure that your email inbox is not full.
Haven't received the e-mag you subscribed to?
*Please note that a new issue of each e-magazine is published every three or four weeks and just like a print magazine, you won't receive a new issue until the next issue comes out!
The first thing to check is that you have completed the subscription process by clicking on the link in the email that gets sent to you after you hit the "Submit" button on the subscription form.
If you have completed the confirmation process but have not received your e-magazine/s please check your "Junk Mail" folder and ensure that your email inbox is not full. Also check your other email addresses in case you used a different email address to subscribe!
Can't open your e-mag?
Please ensure you have downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader which you can download for free at www.adobe.com/reader.
Any other probs?
Please email us on support(at)espiremedia.com or give one of our editors a call and we will do our best to help you out!
